How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, simply send us an email at contact@emberbarn.com. Once we receive your cancellation request, we’ll review your order status.

If your item hasn’t shipped yet, we will process a full refund for you. However, if the item has already been shipped, unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel your order.
